What can we say about this day and this awesome couple? Listening to them talk about how they met, it was truly serendipitous. It was a hook up, blind date affair but you have to have been there to get its awesomeness.
This was truly a fantastic day and we are so grateful to you guys for allowing us to capture it.
Now onto the fun stuff: Pictures.
And you can click here for their engagement pictures
Happy weddings are the best. Thanks Naleke and Moses for sharing this day with us. We are wishing you the best in your marriage.
She came over for a visit and said “How come we have never done a shoot together?”
I was like “Are you ready right now?”
“Yes, here and now!” I said. (cue Luther Vandross)
And these are the fruits of our labour.
It is usually nerve wracking meeting a client for the first time but I have to say that meeting this couple was effortless.
We are advocates of engagement shoots because it gives us a chance to get our couples comfortable in front of the camera and also to let them see into how we do our photography.
This shoot was done at the Harlequins as it holds special meaning to the couple. Onto the pictures!
Looking forward to shooting your wedding guys!
“I don’t believe in learning from other peoples pictures. I think you should learn from your own interior vision of things and discover, as I say, Innocently, as though there had never been anybody.”
― Orson Welles
Although I admire and try to learn from other photographers and their work, it is always best to do it yourself so you can truly understand.
We really had fun doing this shoot.
